Project Details

Constructed as a speculative office building in 1962, the 28-story 225 Baronne Street was the first major office building to be constructed in New Orleans’ Central Business District following World War II. New Orleans’ based developer, HRI Properties, recently adapted 225 Baronne for mixed-use with residential apartments and an Aloft Hotel.
