Project Details

The 6-story Amory Building was constructed in 1904 by renowned architect Arthur Bowditch, with the attached 11-story Blake Building added in 1908. Although constructed four years apart, the building sections historically and currently function as one.

In 2016, Oxford Capital Group, LLC and Union Investment Real Estate GmbH completed a $75mm rehabilitation of the Blake and Amory Building, converting a vacant office building into The Godfrey Hotel Boston, a luxury boutique hotel. Heritage worked with Oxford Capital and Union Investment to secure both state and federal Historic Tax Credits.
