Most historic tax credit (HTC) projects involve overcoming one or two challenges, but a special few require surmounting higher hurdles. The High Rise Apartments in Great Bend, Kansas is a recently completed HTC+LIHTC project by Shreveport-based Housing Solutions Alliance, LLC (HSA) that is a testament to how navigating the challenges of the HTC process can really pay off.
