Our February article discusses the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, which allowed for funding sources such as Historic Tax Credits (HTC) to be utilized. The article features three 1970s public housing towers located in Little Rock, Arkansas which were rehabilitated under RAD utilizing HTCs.
