Project Details
Completed in 1924, the twelve-story Louisiana National Bank Building was a pillar of savings and finance during the heyday of Baton Rouge.
In 2016, the Wampold Company completed a $33mm rehabilitation of the former Louisiana National Bank Building, converting it into the luxury Watermark Hotel. Heritage worked with Wampold Development to secure both federal and state Historic Tax Credits.
