Kingston , New York
Previous Use: Factory | Current Use: Office

Project Details

The Fuller Building in midtown Kingston, New York was successfully rehabilitated and is home to dozens of tenants including creatives and professional practitioners. This former shirt factory was one of the last unoccupied warehouse buildings in midtown Kingston and its completion was key to the revitalization of the neighborhood. This successful adaptive reuse retained the large open floor plates and the industrial features and finishes.
