Project Details
This project involved the rehabilitation of Miami Beach’s Continental Hotel on Collins Ave. into a Hampton Inn. This unique post-war resort hotel had been dramatically altered in the late 20th century. Heritage worked with the project team to restore the original façade with a new aluminum and glass sunshade. A new parking garage was also constructed as part of the project.
Heritage secured federal historic tax credit approvals.
