Nashville , TN
Previous Use: Residential Apartments | Current Use: Hotel

Project Details

Designed by the prominent Tennessee architectural firm, Marr & Holman, the 12-story James Robertson Hotel was constructed in 1929.  One of the few Art Deco towers constructed in Nashville, the brick exterior is ornamented with limestone embellishments while the interior lobby features an eclectic revival-style design that includes a stained beamed ceiling, masonry piers and period iron railings.  In 2017, HRI Properties completed a $70mm rehabilitation of the James Robertson Hotel, now the Holston House, a Hyatt Unbound collection hotel. Heritage guided the project through the Federal Historic Tax Credit process.
