Watermark Baton Rouge
This project involved the rehabilitation of a 1924, twelve-story bank building in downtown Baton Rouge. Utilizing federal historic tax credits, the Wampold Company rehabilitated this building and created a 144 room luxury hotel. The hotel is also home to The Gregory, a premier restaurant that features circa late 1940s murals by the restaurant’s namesake and renowned artist, Angela Gregory.
