Heritage worked with Gorman & Company on the transformation of the historic Ziock Building into an Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center. Set along the Rock River, this massive 220,000 sf reinforced concrete factory was transformed into the Embassy Suites by Hilton , now t he centerpiece of the $112 million “CityHub,” an integrated downtown revitalization that includes the hotel and conference center, and also includes an indoor sports center, riverfront park privatization and infrastructure improvements
